He is responsible for conceptualizing the Melaka-Manipal Medical College (MMMC), Malaysia as a world-class international medical college to place Manipal in the global arena. It is a testimony to Dr. Ranjan Pai's skills and a demonstration of the making of an Indian MNC. Besides, Dr. Ranjan Pai is focused on taking up the Education and Healthcare Programme in Western countries like UK & US.   Dr. Pai is a medical graduate of the Kasturba Medical College, Manipal and has studied Hospital Administration in the United States. He has an excellent insight into the functioning of large healthcare systems and medical schools, having been exposed to the nuances of healthcare administration and medical education at various stages.   As the CEO of MEMG, Dr. Ranjan Pai's focus is on the new business initiatives of the group.
