Our labs are accredited by College of American Pathologists (CAP) and National Accreditation Board for Testing Laboratories (NABL) under Department of Science & Technology, Government of India as per ISO 15189. We participate in National and International EQAS programs. By implementing standards and systems which comply with CAP and NABL standards from sample transport to reporting, we ensure that we have a world class system capable of withstanding the most rigorous audit requirements. We apply six sigma quality processes to ensure optimization of conditions of transport and transit time.   Our Services include:  Central Lab Testing service for Clinical Trials.  Pharma company research testing including biomarker validation.  Patient Testing including molecular diagnostic tests.   CENTRAL LAB FOR CLINICAL TRIALS Service is provided at all stages of clinical development from PK/PD to phase IV trials. A dedicated project coordinator studies requirements specific to a trial, designs lab kits, , labels sample collection tubes along with pre-approved shipping labels and documents and ships them in a visit wise shipping container. Once the samples are received we report within a specified turn around time. The site as well as sponsors can peruse results on the net, using the password enabled web access. As a standby, we send report by fax and email. We offer lab services to suit our sponsor's need including test design & statistical validity; regulatory consultation; import of kits, reagents, samples; investigator briefing; central lab testing service and archival. We deploy a contemporary 21 CFR part 11 compliant LIMS-STARLIMS functioning on an Oracle database. Validated LIMS system helps in electronic logging and tracking of samples and logistics supplies. We offer services throughout South Asia and Europe and are expanding our coverage. European Service is delivered by our partner lab in Germany with whom we have established interlab compatibility.   PHARMA COMPANY RESEARCH TESTING   A chain of 100 customer care centers collect sample from your site and ship to central lab at Bangalore in IATA approved boxes under optimum transport conditions. Report delivery is through password enabled web. Samples are tested using state of the art equipment like Olympus Biochemistry analyzer and Beckman Coulter hematology analyzer. Temperature and humidity is controlled round the clock, ensuring equipment functionality at its peak and consistent performance day in and day out. Our esoteric tests include Genetic and Molecular Tests. The lab offers viral loads for HIV, HBV, HCV using real time PCR, genotyping HCV and HBV using sequencing and nested PCRs. Other tests offered include immuno-fluorescence assays.
