Where are we located?   MANIPAL AcuNova Central Reference laboratory is located at: MANIPAL AcuNova Ltd; Mobius Towers, SJR i-Park, EPIP, Whitefield Bangalore-560066. India.   02. What are the services offered and departments available?   We offer Diagnostic testing services covering a wide range of clinical tests for patients and Pharmaceutical Companies. How do you ensure Quality in the laboratory?   Our facility in Bangalore has been recommended for ISO: 15189-2003(NABL) and ISO 27001- 2005. We are also ISO: 9001-2000 compliant.   04. How do i know if the test i require is available or not?   Our online test catalog lists details of all tests will be available alphabetically shortly. Alternatively please write into the crl@acunovalife.com for any enquiries.   05. How will my blood sample be collected if i reside in Bangalore?   Specimens are collected at our main facility in Bangalore by trained Phlebotomists between 8-30 am to 10 pm from Monday to Saturday.   06. What do i do if i reside outside Bangalore?   Our Laboratory has a network of 100 Customer Care Centres (CCC) spread all over India. Each CCC has adequately trained personnel and the required equipment for collection and transport of all Biological samples.
