07. How are my samples transported to the main facility at Bangalore for testing?
 
We have an extensive in-house logistics department having tie ups with major airline and courier networks which take care of all our sample packaging and transportation requirements.We stringently adhere to all Quality norms as per IATA Guidelines.
 
08. How do I collect my reports?
 
Test reports can either be collected in person or are dispatched by courier as per client requirement. For clients outside Bangalore, reports are dispatched electronically to the respective CCCs; from where they can be collected in person. All our electronic reporting systems have passed stringent Information Security Management System (ISMS) norms, thereby giving utmost priority to patient information confidentiality.
 
09. How are the payments for services rendered made?
 
Payments can be made either directly at our main facility in Bangalore or to any of our CCCs for those outside Bangalore.
 
10. Who are the people who test my samples?
 
Tests are performed by our team of qualified and trained scientists. All results are then supervised by our in-house panel of medical doctors, before release.
