Therefore employees are rewarded with the company ownership in proportion to their contribution based on their performance.   To fulfill this, an ESOP trust has been formed by name of 'Manipal AcuNova Employees Welfare Trust'.   The Trust is operated as per ESOP Plan 2005 & governed by an independent Compensation Committee.   SHAREHOLDING AND CAPITAL STRUCTURE   The Company has mobilized $10.0 Million through equity and Debt. The promoter group comprise of MEMG International India Private Limited and Acunova Life Sciences Private Limited. The Venture Capital Investments is represented by ILFS Investment Managers Limited through Leverage - India fund.
