Michael Kokesh Joins AcuNova Life Sciences Inc. from Gentiae Clinical Research

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, January 16, 2006 - AcuNova Life Sciences, a premier provider of clinical research services based in Westlake, California, today announced the addition of Michael Kokesh to its leadership team, as Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning and Business Development.

Mr. Kokesh has a proven track record in building enterprises and creating value for investors. He brings with him the talent, experience and a history of building an effective organization, which AcuNova Life Sciences will draw upon to expand their presence in United States and Europe.
