| Prof. Fabio Marazzi, Senior Partner and Managing Director of M+BIOLAW, is one of Europe's leading attorneys focused on the areas of biotechnology, research, intellectual property and international organizations with presence in other parts of the world. | Prior to his entreprenual expertise, Fabio Marazzi was with leading firms namely De Bandt, Van Hecke & Lagae Brussels, Lamb Chamber, London, amongst others. In addition, he conducts frequent lectures and serves as an appointee in several official capacities and important roles namely CONSTEM Association for Stem Cell Research, Consultant to the Minister of Health for technology transfer with the United States regarding stem cell research and Director of the Interdepartmental Centre of Biotechnology Law (Siena University). Since 2003, Prof Marazzi has been conducting lectures at Bergamo University and the UNESCO chair in "Human Rights and Ethics of International Cooperation" to his credit. |

| Prof. Marazzi is a member of many international legal and business associations, including Union International des Avocats (Paris), International Bar Association (London), American Bar Association, American Society of International Law, BioIndustry Association, Fellow: Centre for International Legal Studies (Vienna), as well as Consultant: Italian Chamber of Commerce (Los Angeles) amongst others. Prof. Marazzi is the author of over 80 publications and lectures regarding stem cell storage, research and legal issues; data privacy and patient information; tissue banking laws and directives, and other related biotechnology and life science issues. |

| Prof Marazzi has completed his post graduation in Bioethics from Milan, in addition to a Certificate in Art and Law from Leicester, UK. He holds a LL.M. in European Union Commercial Law from Leicester University UK. Prof Marazzi graduated with a Law degree from Sacro Cuore Catholic University of Milan |
